the only answer I think for public safety is to ban this technology and give out jail time for anyone found guilty, but that won't stop the russians or the chinese or any one else from doing it and spreading false information.
it's fucked up, there is 0 credibility anymore and everything is now a lie, fake news and a conspiracy.
