hehe, I'm not sure that St John's Wort should really be considered a 'nootropic'.
Anyway Ben - watch out of that stuff - it's good stuff and works, but if you start taking too much of it, it does weird things to light sensitivity in your skin and eyes.
Back when I took anything and everything under the sun that would get me high, I went through quite a lot of SJW (..uh oh, that's not a good abbreviation, haha..) - one day I was sat in a room with the curtains shut, stoned and watching TV. The curtains let through a thin beam of light, which gently graced my arm. I was a bit perplexed to feel a burning sensation - like I'd been sunbathing for too long, then looking up realised tha ti was getting slight light-blindness too. Nothing bad, but jesus christ, enough to make me realise read the fine print a bit better.
It also has some concerns when used long-term too, nbut I can't recall what they are.
- yeah i read a lot before taking something. I know about the light sensityvity ;)Bennn
- its supposed to be a problem when you take more than the normal posology.Bennn
- But they say to wear sunglasses when its sunny just in case, wich i do all the time anywayBennn
- its still winter, so not much sun. I will stop taking it this Spring/SummerBennn
