End of week two for my wife and I and are two kids who are 5 and 2 1/2. I had a lot of work for a pitch to keep me busy and distracted through this past Tuesday. Weather has been nice off and on (we're north of Chicago) and having the windows open on Wednesday was fantastic. Got out for two walks around the block, played with the neighbors (while distancing) and in hindsight, I hate this thought that it might have been a bad idea for a neighbor's son to touch my kid's t-ball bat and ball.

I've made a list of all the things I've done outside our house, dates I did them and tracking that against whatever length of time we need to be hyper-vigilant when we're out.

We're letting packages sit on the porch, spraying them with Lysol, literally washing ANYTHING that comes into our home. We've gotten takeout food twice, meticulously washing the plastic containers and putting them in the trash quickly.

At night I want to be productive and work out or make music or read, but at the end of a long day the only thing that feels enjoyable is laying on the couch watching something on TV and playing Words With Friends.

I am really eager to get an estimate for a new backyard fence once they can hopefully resume estimates after April 7th. We don't have gates at the corner of our house, and the backyard fence is pretty ugly (belongs to neighbors) so I am really anxious to get my backyard closed off and safe for my kinds to play in once the weather is nice. At best it would be mid-April before they can begin work.

I bought an Xbox One remote to use with Apple Arcade - games aren't the best but I taught my daughter how to play a car driving game and she got bored pretty quickly.

I do have an Xbox 360 in my basement that I've thought about bringing upstairs to use with our 65" TV, but that's our primary TV, has a Sonos system, and my wife probably wouldn't like me doing that when we have a smaller TV in the basement.

    Onward and upward.
