    Week 1 - Denial (March 9)
    • Panic, confusion, looking for answers, get through the day

    Week 2 & 3 - Anger (March 16 - March 23)
    • Preparation, sorting of priorities, disdain or contempt for everything and everyone

    Week 4 Bargaining (March 30)
    • Anxiety, stress, so many what ifs, food rationing, telling myself lies

    Week 5 - Depression (April 6)
    • Anxiety, sadness, loss of sleep, appetite and the ability to think straight, I was overwhelmed by the darkness

    Week 6 - Acceptance (April 13)
    • Adapting the new normal, learning to live again, everything has changed for better or worse, listening and feeling again, charting out how to navigate the chaos and disorder of society
