Okay. Please dont get me wrong, This is terrible, and I feel very sorry that it happened. But, It didn't need to. I honestly think that is one of the stupidest things i've heard of a person doing, deliberatly. Its a cell phone. Its on train tracks. Not train tracks like in the county side, train tracks in a subway with a fast moving train. Someone made a big mistake, when they should have just thought about it. Or waited until the train went by. Natural selection got the upper hand.
