    Such a fucking embarrassment, we were once a beacon of hope, carrying the torch of reason, critical thought, science and logic in a dark age of superstition and fear, only to snuff the light and enter another 2000 years of darkness.

    In Toronto they're angrily defying the order to not take communion and saying shit like:

    "No one who enters God’s church will catch any sickness. The Church is God’s house. Kissing holy objects such as crosses and the holy chalice would NEVER cause any transmission of any sickness/disease/COVID."

    right idiot, except for the plague of justinian that killed 100 million christians, 10,000/day in Constantinople their holiest city.

    How the fuck are we still thinking like this in 2020?
