    i'm doing my first book project in publisher currently, and while some differences are annoying to get used to (primarily what nb said above, the type UI feels patchwork at best), i haven't had any problems regarding stability.

    i had no problems with indesign though and this feels like a more abrupt workflow if that makes sense?

    it actually reminds me quite a bit of when i had to use quark back in school because their systems were still all on it; same sort of basic, limited imagination kind of feeling.

    • InDesign is a "young" and robust app compared to Illustrator and Photoshop so it's way less problematic in general.evilpeacock
    • From what I can tell Affinity Publisher is still too new to be fully mature, but I still welcome and support its existence.evilpeacock
