The gorgeous and delicious irony of Rush dying of cancer when he was the torpid embodiment of the disease itself. A malignant, bitter, and rancid cunt of a man who peddled nothing but illness and vile hatred, incapable of empathy or kindness and who took pleasure from the suffering of others.
I hope he lived his last months in absolute fear and blazing pain. His last moments, staring a white ceiling, feeling death crawl up his spine as his synapses progressively spark out and his vision darkens, breath shortening, unable to - even with all his money - buy his way out of the inevitable. The dread and fright of knowing you have only a few moments left.
He leaves behind nothing of any worth or value. I smiled when I found out he had cancer and I laughed when I saw that he had died.
My only wish was that he suffered for longer.
