the only thing worse than not having a diverse workplace is having a diverse workplace because you feel guilty about not having a diverse workplace.
and the only thing worse than having a guilt-driven diverse workplace is pretending you do by making sure all your stock images and videos contain a couple of black/ethnic looking folk.
so punches for clients that think they're progressive and inclusive because they got their designer to source some ethnic stock.
