    It’s been ten days since testing negative and I’m still struggling to breathe. I can still get around and do just stuff.

    Sometimes I’ll be talking and I just trail off, the last few words don’t have enough air. Pretty scary. By the end of each day I’m exhausted and I’m not really doing anything that should exhaust me.

    • Exercises, but go baby steps.
      Start with walking a bit more everyday.

    • @inteliboy yes, omicron does burn out delta. if someone had omicron they are immune to delta. this is one of the reasons delta will be extinguished.api
