  Almost every single purchase I make online results in me receiving an online survey about how much I enjoyed the process.
  Then I get another one to rate and comment on the delivery...

  Just got a follow-up email from Flying Blue (Air France) about how I didn't participate in the survey they sent a few days ago.
  "The total survey takes approximately 7 minutes to complete."
  Oh, my bad!
