I'm getting one built as a backyard office, should be here in a few weeks. Fully heated/cooled. It'll even have a tiny woodburning stove. Some renderings of the design:

- No toilet or running water, that would require more extensive permitting. The company installs the unit using diamond pier footings.letterhead
