    Quit this year on Xmas, back to smoking one month later (with the typical excuse of stress :().

    Now, after a week of vacations and doing nothing time, I plan quitting for ever.

    I love biking, and being asthmatic, smoking is not help anyway.

    Not a heavy smoker, I can quit when I want, but, the weekend beers with friends and a cig, only one, fucks my will.

    Cero cigs after this sunday, 4eva, and back to bicycle training again, this is the plan. Hope it works!
