    • Dead?YakuZoku
    • WTF, maybe be not post this?instrmntl
    • Not dead, should be in nope threadsausages
    • a few fellas instinctually ran towards to help and a few cowardly froze and did nothing.hotroddy
    • I'd like to think I'd be the guy helping but once I see protruding bones or broken skulls I don't think I could handle that.hotroddy
    • Wife googled the fuck out of google, guess he (they, them, she) is ok, just neck down, nope!hydro74
    • Anyone without any training who think they can respond within a second ignoring the shock is very nievepango
    • Any link/ info to what happened to him? Alive?NBQ00
    • "Due to the brutal episode, two of the dancers were hospitalized and one of them is in serious condition after receiving the full impact on his head and neck"Gardener
    • i disagree pango. What if you're the only one left? Are you going to freeze, run or help? U need not answer as it's not a voluntary reaction but instinctual.hotroddy
    • and no one knows until they are faced with it.hotroddy
    • the very least you can do is run and get the massive tv off her face. that requires no training.hotroddy
    • Yeah, definitely didn't need to see this first thing in the morning.formed
    • You can't predict your instinctual response to something like this. Calling some of them cowards for a split-second reaction is medieval thinking.i_monk
    • Some people freeze, some don't. It's fight or flight. I'm a dive-in type, but shock hits us all differently.garbage
    • hotroddy = pussybabydick_
    • Back in college, I was driving home behind some old man in a truck on a county highway. At the last minute, he realized the road to our left was his turn..garbage
    • ..slams on his brakes on the highway at around 45.and I can not dodge him. I hit him so hard that it totals my SUV, and his toolbox goes flying.garbage
    • Probably looked like I was fleeing the scene, but I jumped out my window and was running alongside his truck that was still rolling and knocking on the window..garbage
    • ..trying to make sure he was still awake because I almost blacked out from the impact. I caught him before his car stopped rolling.garbage
    • Made sure he was ok, helped the cops clear the road, filed my police report, dealt with the tow company, etc.garbage
    • Then about 5 minutes passed, the steeliness vanished and I was shaking like a leaf.garbage
    • In that scenario, pango would have called and waited for the ambulance.hotroddy
    • Lol you think anyone can actually answer what they would have done instinctively? That is very nieve. But yes when the national mind comes back I would defpango
    • Call the ambulance when there are no immediate danger you have to respond to.pango
    • *rationalpango
    • You're like the comment section of YT video of a fight "pfff I would have kicked his knee and punch his throat" lolpango
    • I've learned that anyone who talks like they're the shit in these shock situation typically doesn't know what they're calling about.pango
    • It's always easier to review and criticize when you're not in that situationpango
    • military and the likes trains solder how to deal with shock but even then all the training can only help you so much when you're in that moment.pango
    • yes, it is easy to criticize.hotroddy
    • https://static.toiim…pango
    • I don't get who is throwing smoke at whom at this point. For the record, I agree with pango. At the time of my wreck, I had a basic CPR/AED cert..garbage
    • ..and aside from college, was studying for an FR course because Yung Garbage thought he might do some volunteer firefighting on the side.garbage
    • That day was a big NOPE moment for me. Big respect to EMT and firefighters, because they regularly see total insanity and keep going back in to work.garbage
    • Which explains why firefighters have high suicide ratepango
