This guy was a graphic designer over in Amsterdam. He did some big cycling trips, which you can watch on his youtube. Then he bought an abandoned stone house on a mountain side in northern Italy, for something like €24k.
Documents his renovation of it. Super nice footage. Relaxing. Sensible dialogue. He'll be making a decent income from the youtubing.
Really tempted to do something similar in Northern Portugal in a couple years time. And then retire there.
