Apparently StabilityAI has offered Opt out of their training models...
One could argue that the models should have been Opt in from the start.

"Artists, register your opt-outs at http://haveibeentrained.com"…
This still doesn"t address the issue of the model bot crawling or users uploading non credited copyright protected images.

i mean maybe all these have been licensed for "AI training"
https://haveibeentrained.com/?se…- You know how much it would cost to license all that imagery to train the model? Naaaw lets train the model then have artists opt outjonny_quest_lives
- It's pointless now that they have all of the images that have been generated, they can just use those images as the source. Resistance is pointless.ShenanigansTV
- Resistance is never pointless... it's just software... they can content moderate as well as restrict copyright protected prompts...jonny_quest_lives
- Celebrities have a "right to publicity" and luckily these models can be searched and purged easier than some dude at a flea market selling Scarface posters.jonny_quest_lives
- fappening images are in the database toojonny_quest_lives

- Content moderation of the models as well as the prompts is in the near future especially if you charge users monthly to use it.jonny_quest_lives
- I read somewhere it cost $600,000 to train an AI model... based on the search queries on https://haveibeentra… I call bullshit on that number...jonny_quest_lives
