    Favorite plugins for easy-to-edit natural drums?

    I use Addictive Drums 2 and have for a while. Always need something with brush sounds and fortunately they have a jazz kit with brush sounds. Having brush sounds is mandatory.

    Saw something good the other day about Superior Drummer 3.

    • Well what do you know section... my velocity settings were all out of whack. Adjusted kick and now it's so much better. It was too "snappy" on even mild hits.mg33
    • Nice! AD's drums are indeed too snappy most of the time. I usually limit the max velocity to like 40% (sometimes less). Then, run them through saturation.section_014
    • Might have more questions for you. Are you editing the velocity for each item in the kit? And I assume you mean in Edit > Response? What about the filter?mg33
