  I'd like to piggyback off this thread for a second please...

  I work for a studio team of 3 total (owner, me, and a junior). Right now we are playing the run-and-gun game, so whatever a client tells the owner he sort of relays to us and we get the job done as close as possible until the client says otherwise. I would like to recommend a software that allows me to enter project specs/needs into while at the same time allowing me and the junior to know what was actually asked. Working around saying that we need better communication but also trying to make progress for everyone involved.

  tl:dr - looking for recommendations for online project management for a team of 3.

  • You could get by with a shared google doc. Write a brief at the top. Append change requests and notes at the bottom. Everyone can see, everyone can edit.monNom
  • Maybe boss-man also has a spreadsheet that lists and links to all project documents and has any pricing/sensitive info in it.monNom
  • i think a google doc might be the way to start getting everyone involved to start and then slowing incorporate a more robust system.capn_ron
