What a conundrum.
I'd have to agree, above all else, with waynepixel's assertion that having the white house on your CV is a very rare & unique opportunity.
Even if the current administration is gone in 6 months, you'll still be all set for career advancement with that kind of gloss on your resume. By then, the economy will likely be even better than it's become as of late...which is not too shabby. I'd probably be bored with either job after 6 months anyway...and I don't much like bowties, either.
