great movie. shot on dv apparently.
The sequence in the taxi at the start was awesome, where he talks to Jada Plinkett and the RIchie Havens track kicks in. fantastic, LA has never looked so good... it wasn't like heat at all though, why did you think that?
It's really a Jamie Foxx movie though, Tom Cruise was the name but more of a supporting actor.
