It can either be sweet as cake or a fucking nightmare. I had all 4 pulled, the dentist had to literally leverage his weight with his foot on my shoulder to get the back 2 teeth out. It took twice as long and in the middle of the operation I had to be put under again. I remember coming to and asking for an assistant if I could have my teeth in a little jar to put on my mantle. They declined my request. I ate pain pills and ice cream for days, then switched to pain pills and beer for the final days on bliss. I still play with the one-nad holes with my tounge to this day.
