a couple of years ago I was setting up an account in the oxford st branch of hsbc, and then they guy I was talking to suddenly got called away and was gone for 5-10 mins, he returns saying "sorry, we just had a particularly nasty computer hacker trying to extort us for £28 million pounds" I was like "ha yeah shure" and he just stopped, looked me almost bondesque and said "No, really".
twas the look on his face though, it was probably the most exciting working in a bank could ever get I guess, I bet he is still waiting for the day armed robbers arrive. made me chuckle.
