If your not happy where your at now, find a company that you admire. 4 Years of school or not, be prepared to start at the bottom but work hard and you will make your way up... it will be better as well because you will know how the departments under you work first hand.
There are plenty of opportunities out there, if you have got your health and 4 years of school under your belt, you have a lot of freedom when looking for a new job.
