  an excellent read. a new york chef travels the world in search of the perfect meal. he goes everywhere from the finest restaurants to the poorest family homes and shady ghettos in places like cambodia, vietnam, japan, morocco and russia.

  its not just for cooks. there is so much about many different cultures. a VERY intersting read.
