i recently got a 3m precise mousing surface (mouspad with the boob part to rest your wrist on)
now lately my wrist has started to hurt a good deal. im trying to figure out if its because of this mousepad or not. i may be resting my wrist on the pad and then moving my hand with short movements without moving my arm, which is bad.im wondering, have any of you had the same problem?
also, what mouse do you think is the most ergonomic. i own a logitech optical mouse but am considering trying a microsoft mouse. what do you prefer?

i'm having mad problems since i started working at home. i have a high desk and this fucking aeron chair won't go up high enough... i think i'm going to have to chop it down :)

poor aeron. Please don't hurt it. I can supply a good, healthy, and happy home for it.

I recently had terrible pain in my wrist due to a shitty desk set up at a spot I was working at.
Here is what you do:
1. Go to CVS or your local pharmacy and get a wrist brace. (I got the ugly flesh colored one :)2. For the first couple days wear it while you work at the computer, it is hard at first because a lot of movement is restricted, but it's worth it.
3. Wear it EVERY night for at least a week while you sleep. For some reason when some people sleep they are sleeping with their wrists in weird angles etc.
After one week this worked like a charm for me and I was good as new. Good Luck!

:D tnx crzyrock I have to try sleeping with my brace on. my wrist has been killing me for weeks. hm also I think you should try those mice with the hm. ball. where you just roll the ball with your thumb and dont move the mouse? those felt very good when I tried one. minimal stress

you don't have to hide it like that.
Just admit it, jerking off is good for you.
