simple question: how do I draw a shape in illustrator, if I know the angles between vectors and this is a closed shape?
- unknown0
its painfully slow. it would be easier to use a protracter and a ruler & scan it in.

click on the shape you want to draw, a sqare for example. Once selected click on the artboard once and some options will come up size etc.....!??? Also if you select the shape, then double click the rotate tool or click once on the artboard, rotatation options should also appear!!!?? I dont know if thats what your after, or if that makes sense!!!??

no, he actually means, a regular shape, like a rhombus, but with four different angle values? a shape with more than 4 sides is easy! you just scan it.

If thats the case then select a shape, keep mouse down till more shapes appear, then click once on the artboard. Options for how many sides angles everything should appear... hope thats a help!?

draw four seperate lines with the ol' pen tool, apply the angle in the transform pallete. Once you have your specific angles put the lines in their proper place, join the corners to make it a closed shape.
