beer as a billed expense

has anyone here factored it in to the final bill somehow? or should i ask if anyone drinks when they bust freelance after hours from their fulltime gig and gotton paid for their beer consumption?

ive been paid in beer before. sounds good when youre half cut, but its actually a pretty shitty deal.

If you take a client out to lunch, dinner, etc., then ofcourse you can write it off as an expense. Although with food, etc, you can only write off 50% of it during tax time assuming you are self-employed.
So, drink up!
