I asked this question a few days ago. People told me to use MM's Contribute. Unfortunately after download i realised that it still might be a bit trick for the folks who don't know much about internet...
In other words the question is still out there: is there any way i can have a form or something accesses by typing in the address where the client can just copy teh content from word doucument then click submit. Thats it. ?

Yep.. there's lots of Content Management Systems that work thru a web browser interface, and some let you post content by sending an email to the system... of course it all depends how much you want to pay etc... (I'm still looking for the best low-end solution...)
