Ok, so i though i'll play smart. I put up an auction on ebay. Put the starting price at $50 and reserve price at $300. Then i'm like, hey lets' create some artificial commotion around it so i asked a few of my friend to post bids so that people will thing "there might be something here". Then one of my friends misunderstands my email and instead of biding $50 ... he bids $300. Damn him!
So anyone is interested in my damn art?

why do yo ubroadcast your fraudulent auction practice to the world?

love it! but im broke, but not that broke. i'll pay. how much would you like for a print?
I made some etchings in college and appreciate the process.
i made my ink out of bone and linseed oil. printmaking is awesome

think i'd be telling my 'friend'..
well, congrats to you, mister fancy pants...looks like you just bought your self a 300 dollar print..
you bonehead...
(not you..you're buddy...)

k77: apparently i'm as sleazy as everyone else posting pics on the internet...
Bonself: dude, if you are serious go ahead, make me an offer almost anything accepted!

exador: na, i can't after all i was the one who asked for a favor...

all i can give you is a good ol' homer simpson style "DOH!" Tell your friend that for 300 you'll throw in a frame (from walmart of course) and of course he should give you some good ebay feedback (without confessing your scandlous practices). Nice print.

i certainly cant afford it, but it is a nice piece of work, imho. the least i can do is congratulate you on that.
congratulations.

Dude, you suck. who the hell wants a bad photocopy-looking drawing of a boat? You might try some bored seniors who might be dumb enough to part with 5 bucks for it.
- neeko0
easy negative guy.
im neither bored (well... maybe), nor a senior, but throw in a frame, and id pay 5 bucks for it for sure.
- Arrandbee0
give me 5 bucks, i'll photocopy it and then turf the original.
- neeko0
no frame? no deal.
- pr20
yeah man, unframed photocopies don't count!

and the image is 9 x 6... that is a jumbo postcard size. yeah the paper is bigger, but still... technically it may be a more difficult etching... OR is it a lazier etching? How close is this friend pr2? Make him a side deal after the fact. =]
