hd help!!!

    Ok, when i was installing WinXP i made a mistake of converting one of the drives to NTSC, now i'm temporarily using the other drive with Win98 and need to access files on the other hd. Unfortunately since the other hd is NTSC win98 doesn't recognize it... Shit i need to format that NTSc hd and make new WinXp install with FAT32, but i can't!!!

    Is there some app that woul "see" the hd and allow me to format it?
