FileMaker Pro HELP!

    Hi Guys. Any of you use filemaker pro? and if so, how would you export data so I can open it on a mac with excel? there is a person in canada trying to send me a mailing list and i cant open it and she is retarded and doesnt know how to export the data to something i can use? i need to sort the data in excel.
    any tips you can share so i can pass it on to her?
