Those annoying system popups...

go to the control panel, click admin tools, then services. look down the list until you find 'messenger service'. Right click it and stop it permanently. Then stop it for now as well. Should stop the messages.

No, i remember someone told me how to turn it off, it's juts that i had to reinstall my system and i need to turn it off again. I has something to do with system setup.
And i hope we are all on the same page, i'm not talking about actuall window popups, but the kind of messages you get when you do something wron on your omputer, accept those are with advertisements.

No, not that one, the ones that open up whene you are just connected to the internet. Even when just looking at NT site, they keep poping up once in a while.

Anyone knows how to turn off those "system popup" advertisings? I'm on WinXP and those popups really annoy me.
