hey guys and gals....just got my lomo....
since i am a newbie at photography, i got a quest. whats the difference with the film?
they give you 100 speed film...i talked to one designer and he told me he used 50 speed with it.
im curious what the difference is in that sense.
this lomo is cool.

Faster films (400, 800) can be used in low light conditions or when the subject is moving (sport).
Slower films (50, 25) have a finer grain and are therefore capable of producing photos of greater detail but need more light.Personally, I use mostly 100 which is a good compromise... But if you want to do indoor photos take 100 or 400 with flash.

v. cool, Bertrand - I've had a lomo for years and nearly gave up on it because I wasn't getting images that looked anything like what I'd bought it for. The article you linked has inspired me to try again...

i recall getting an email from the dude at elixir studio, ( i LOVE his work b.t.w)
and he told me he used 50 asa film.
thus the question before.
i just shot the 2 rolls of film they included with the camera this weekend, so when it stops raining im gonna take them to be developed....im actually excited to see how they turn out!
