anyone want to rip through 160 photos of pools for me? all you have to do is color correct crappy 35mm photos, crop, resize make large versions and thumbs.

which is perfect if all your images are identical.

You can do all this using ImageReady Actions:
- Resize to a set width
- crop to a set height (centered)
- AutoContrast (or AutoLevels)
- Unsharp Mask (a20,r1,t0)
- and if you like, place a text caption at a set distance from any edge of the image.That should sort out about 90% of em (unless your photos have a really bad hue shift or need rotating).
and then go back and fix any that STILL look bad...

...so apart from individual color correction or rotation, it doesnt matter if all the images are different sizes to start with.
