Anyone knows how to set up Dreamweaver's FTP frogram to comunicate with an IP address (there is no dowain yet)?

in the SITE settings, you DONT need a domain, you NEVER need a domain, the IP will always point to where it needs to.
just put the IP # where the domain would go

so what do i put in FTP address box?

same thing, the ftp address is usually also the IP adrress, though some people prefer to type in the domain name

that DW's FTP aplication sometimes really blows.

try using a stand alone FTP app
