Can you get to BIOS?
- MrDinky0
i think the cd is trying to finish the installation.
yuo might need to attach another HD and boot it from there..
but try to boot from CD with another disc.. or.. one other thing you can do is install w2k . finish installing it and delete the XP boot line in boot.ini file. than reinstall XP with format

I got to BIOS, chose "optimized defaults" and guess what? I'm fucked, nothing happens. Nothing at all, the computer won't even boot. Fucking shit hell cocksucker motherfucker shit eater wife beater I HATE EVERYTHING!

win98 boot disk works also, if you need to access the command line. but that wouldnt really help you. you might wanna try fdisk with win98 boot disk
you can download the boot disk at http://bootdisk.com/
BUT from my recent experience, i would go for installing w2k and delete boot order and reinstall XP

in your mother board manual, it should tell you how to reset your BIOS.
do that. but that means you need to reinstall everything, including your hardware.
so hope that works.

Ok, I have no manual, as some other dude built the computer for me. How do I find out what kind of motherboard I have? I can't do shit right now. It won't fucking do a thing...

open up the computer and look for some name or version of the mother board...
call that dude and see if he could help you

Fuck this shit, I'm going home. Gonna call some IT technician dude tomorrow, and make someone else fix my mess. I'm not friends with computers. They hate me.

Dammit. I had to buy a new case, motherboard and processor. My new case looks pretty cool, though. It's black. My new processor is a P4 2,4GHz.
