HTML forms help

  I am a real loser when it comes to programming. I know just enough to screw things up real bad.
  here is the deal, please help:
  i am trying to make a little text field that tracks a fedex shipment. you enter the tracking number in, and it will go to the Fedex site with your tracking number.
  here is the form thus far

  it goes to the URL, but at the end of it instead of the tracking number, it says"[input].
