*many unknowns i am sure.
also, the girl i am in love with has Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy... anyone one else have MD??

extreme high arches in both feet. without arch support inserts after an hour or so on my feet it causes severe lower back pain. even with them after a long period of time by back gets sore. the foot doc told me 3 years ago if he saw me come in as a kid he would have broke both feet and reset the bones. ouch.
other than that the normal side effects of steroid abuse.

I've got itchy elbows.

Also some condition in my spine which means more often than not I have bad back pains.

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
Causes me to have to keep food on hand at all times. Supposed to eat protiens and complex carbs and avoid refined, processed foods. If I don't take proper care of it I have serious anxiety problems because of the glucose imbalance. Tons o' fun.

for all of you who experience joint pain/back pain you should go to gnc or your local nutrition store and score up some glucosamine. it works WONDERS! my knees, wrist, and shoulder have never felt better!
