tara's response is good...you can add "s'il vous plais" before or after...that is the "please" part.

Investiguez doesn't exist in French. Investigate is réchercher in French, but it's more used regarding police investigations, e.g. "réchercher l'attentat à la vie de John Fitzgerald Kennedy".

Oh, forgot to mention: you can translate "this item" in many different ways. "Ce truc" is often used if it's not specified. It's French slang, but French speaking people will surely understand you when you use "ce truc". If it's a product, you can translate it as "ce produit".
I've translated it in my previous post as "cet article", but that's only used with an article in a newspaper or magazine.
