I fly because it would take too long to drive, becuase there is no other suitable alternative, because I have to.
So if you could treat me like a human being, tell me what the f*ck is going on, not overbook the flight, be courteous, feed me something decent (and I hear you're going to start charging me for food on your flights which will only lead to me smuggling in greasy sausage pizza and wiping my hands on the seat back in front of me all the while laughing at your stupid little ploy), not show me commercials on your in-flight "entertainment", not lose my luggage and depart and arrive on time, that would be great.
But you won't, so I will continue to be amusemed every time you have to go to the government with your hat in your hand begging for money because you don't know how to run your business.
Eat it, losers.
