Guys, I've recently launched this site for a client and they just got some feedback through one of their clients.
"Web site looks really good but there seems to a problem with some of the text. Symbols instead of words sometimes."
WTF???
Is it a stupid client thing or am I missing something?

Thanks.
Yeah, I've replied to the client for more specifics. Seriously, I thinks they might be on a Commodore 64 or something... >:|

Looks good to me (10.3.6). I am guessing a font issue on client's end. Conflicting fonts are known to do this.

oh...maybe your client never learned how to read? and does he think internet is plural?
- -kappa-0
yeah she said they check it on the "INTERNETS" and there were font issues... :-)
No seriously, its a client of my client that mentioned it. Any way.
I've asked for more detials. I'll keep you posted, I'm sure its something laughable.

did you copy and paste copy from a word.doc? If so Its an encoding issue. older browsers and computers are not able to read the characters. Im on safari OSX and it looks like butter here!!!
