anyone have the secret to applying a border, and a font-size to an inpu tfield in safari???
it seems to recognize font-family, and width, but not those 2 things.

Font size should be simple enough by using font-size: 10px; (or whatever), but a custom border is a no go from what I can tell.

no dice. I tried changing the font-size inline as well as in the sheet.
there isnt any styles setting font size that precede it either/

yeah, font-size works. you have to do this:
font-size: 10px;
and then if you want to see it in safari you usually have to clear the cache and history and refresh your file.

It's definately a different issue than Safari just not recognizing font-size. It *does* work. Have you tried good ol' Shift+refresh?

my apologies/
the problem was actually with my fonts. I just started a new job, and have a new computer/
apparently there is an issue with the system fonts on it///thanks, anyway.
