OK, last time I will post about this as it seems I will become the NT stronghold for the country.
I am moving to Peru in September and am wondering if anyone has any leads on design groups or other groups/companies I could contact regarding design work there as a freelancer.
Also, anyone have any recommendations for broadband providers there? Found a few already, but direct experience is always superior to anything one can read.
SO happy to be leaving the U.S. I cannot begin to describe the joy....

best of luck to you. i'm sorry you're so excited to get out of the US but I wish you a good adventure.

You'll miss USA, but good luck to you. I've travelled extensively outside of the US. Makes you better to see other forms of life, imo.
Now pick me up some Lama wool rugs.

oh, i have travelled and lived outside the US for quite a while as well. don't get me wrong, there are great qualities about the US but there are basic principals of equality and politics i have major problems with.
thanks though JazX and why don't i just get you a whole lama to make your own rugs? ;)

Peru my mother land! I'm sure you know this but basic principals and political equality? Can't be found anywhere in the world. Especially Peru, where money gets you out and in trouble easy. Oh can I send you some money to buy me some stuff? Electronics are mad cheap over there! Got my Playstation for 50bucks from there in Lima!

Come fly with me, let’s float down to Peru
In lama land, there’s a one man band
And he’ll toot his flute for you
Come fly with me, we’ll float down in the blue

would never begin to imagine that equality would be found anywhere in the world and based upon even recent political events, certainly not in Peru. I appreciate the concern you guys but believe me, I am not going there to to escape anything here, nor realize utopia there. I am though interested in the main issue originally posted here.
So, does anyone have links to groups in Peru needing design help?
All is appreciated.
