Flsh to Final Cut

  How do I export flash files so they can be played without any problems and quality loss in Final Cut Pro? Right now I saved my project as a Quick time file and SWF, which play fine with their own players. However, when importing these files into Final Cut Pro and rendering they become very pixelated.
