i got all wacked out with a mountain of work over the last month.... and it has completely offest my sleep schedule.
nyquil... weed... a couple of drinks... nothing is getting me back to a normal schedule.
im sure most of you go through this... short burts of insane hours.. then time to wind down and get back to normal. how the heck do you do it.

melatonin will sort you out. it works for shit like jetlag, too. really helpful for me. a few before bedtime with some chamomile tea will send you right off. at least it's a natural solution.
