i tried doing scrambled eggs with just the egg yolk, no white, then sprinkling in some seasoning and some bacon scraps.

mix in cheese and worchester sauce. use mayo on the toast.

eggs mushrooms onion scramble that shit make sure its not over done.

Very Special Eggs.
Serves 2.3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 green chilli, chopped finely
2 spring onions, chopped finely
a handful of chopped fresh coriander
1 tomato, chopped finely
1/4 red pepper, deseeded and chopped finely
1/4 onion, chopped finely
1 garlic clove, chopped finely
a dash of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
a good knob of butter1. Break the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat well with a fork.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients except the butter and beat well with the fork.
3. Gently heat the butter in a large frying pan.
4. Add the mixture and stir continuously with a wooden spoon until the eggs are soft and fluffy.

under cook them, then throw the pan at 350 in the oven with pieces of buttered bread over the top.
leave in til bread is toasted and THAT is the breakfast.
rub garlic on the bread first if you like that sort of thing.

TRUFFLE EGG TOAST:
1 thick piece of bread, cut a hole in the middle. but small amount of truffle oil on toast. put on baking sheet, and crack an egg into the middle. put it in the oven. after a bit, put a slice of swiss, or any cheese that tickles your fancy on top till it melts.it's good when teh egg's still runny.
it's not scrambled eggs though.

or, the half ass hungover version:
one piece of bread. slightly toast. put it on the skillit, crack an eggg in there. flip, put cheese on top till it's melted, and there you go.
