Although, with that being said, I've been fired from places for speaking the truth about co-workers, but I can tell you that it made me feel good about the situation,.

(Aug 3 05, 09:55)JazX, I can assure you that would be the case here.
As a matter of fact, that is why my boss won't confront her.

she was keeping track of your hours?!?!?!?? Next time she checks in with you about the time you got to work, kick her in the throat and say,"my boss knows when i come in so don't worry about it."

(Aug 3 05, 09:56)Actually what I did was come in extra early (I normally work 7:30 to 3:30 cause I like it) and then left early, she got all in a huff, but couldn't do anything about it.

And please try to keep at least some of them realistic, the typical response of, punch her, poop on her desk, scream at her and then cry, while funny are not very practical.

(Aug 3 05, 09:38)Basically what I would love to do is walk over to her, scream CUNT! and then punch her in the mouth. The spit on her as I walk out of the building.

Seriously though, something seems wrong with her

Since your boss knows about this, ask that on the days you have to be in the office if you can, the next time she harasses you, ask her if she has become your supervisor. When she says no, then ask why she feels the need to act like it.
You're pointing out her rudeness in a fairly diplomatic way.
or, when she asks why you are allowed to work from home say,"It's to get away from you, bitch!"
either one will work on most days, i think.

visualplane,
It is the typical insecure, hope no one finds out that I suck, so I will just be a bitch, attitude.
There is plenty wrong with her. And everyone hates her.

I have an annoying, disrespectful co-worker who does the same shit and get rude with people and begins to insult their intelligence when one gives constructive critisism. When I started working in this dept. with her, she tried to pull that shit with me and I just told her: "Don't insult my intelligence! You can pull that stuff with anyone else but don't even try this with me!" My boss was right in the room and the bitch started crying afterwards. She hasn't tried to pull that shit with me since then and my boss was happy that someone finally told her how it's going to be.

she sounds very insecure. the only recourse is to be very short and to the point, and when she asks what time you come in tell her it's none of her concern and that you already have a boss.

here is a fool proof, no-nonsense approach:
when she starts acting like a bitch go, 'why do you find that you must keep tabs on me? is it that you think i'm better than you?' then when she defiantly says no, say 'then why do you find the need to nitpick with me' then when she busts out he reasoning follow it up with 'so... then you think im better than you?' in which case she will say no again... repeat as necessary.

mattyd,
I dig it, and I WILL use this the next time she starts up with me.
