I know it's michael moore but surely the report is fairly unquestionable.
I'm just curious as a Brit though as Haliburton obviously make the news a lot because Dubya likes to give them money but in this case, would they be the only company able to do this job?

of course not do u think back when these cities werer built it took one giant company to only do it? no it wascommunity and other businessess. im sure halibruton has its hands full i mean they have;nt re built iraq yet why give them more things to handle?

You do know that Halliburton is a legal and legit company - right? Are you now assuming that this administration caused Katrina? I wouldn't put it past this crowd.
Do you realize that anything that happens in America you blame on the President? Don't you worry about losing credibility for crying wolf around every corner? A bit out of hand and wont win the dems in the next election until they begin to stop and realize how ridiculous they appear.
