Clean for the most part, nice scenery and healthcare.
Best places is a very debateable topic and completely relates to your interests. People love BC, but I'd go mental out there...

Why would you go mental there?

Why would you go mental in BC? What part do you recommend?

I just went to Toronto and really liked it. The China Town is much bigger and nicer than NYC.

I couldn't live anywhere except TO or Montreal if I lived in CA.

I would also assume other benefits would be less crime, war, a more liberal government, and lack of a foreign policy that leads to war and weakens national security.
I could be wrong, these are just assumptions.

I would think Vancouver would be cool. Plus it's near Seattle and the west coast. I've heard it's one of the top ranked cities and the weather is even nice there.

Ottawa is nice too, but i still prefer Toronto.

sweet, really, really sweet.

How is Windsor? I was there once when I was young. I just remember it being nice and clean.

I've heard the city is so quiet after 6pm, I like the hustle and bustle of big cities..
Not to mention all the dirty hippies and tree huggers out there, not to mention, all the 'failed' torontonians that move out there to 'find' themselves...
no disrespect to people that live there, I know lot's of people who do and love it, it's just not for me :)

oh snuggles.. those WC stereotypes are so tired... come on now.
- mr_snuggles0
tired from smoking too much weed, playing hackey sack and listening to reggae?

Are many of the other cities there boring as hell or what? I can't imagine what it like to live in Northern Canada.
How are cities like Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, Manitoba or Saskachewan?
