Is that the squeling bespectacled idiot that always ends up doing a sting on every MTV award show?
I like alot of the comedians you have over the water but i just dont get it with him.
- mg330

memo to swollen
why don't you get back to your chochkies ya hack
- swollenelbow0
it was a stupid campaign for the gullible audience that was at the show and the people that watch it on tv.
it doesn't take a brain surgeon to say, hey, let's give away a truck to get people into wanting to actually buy one.
the mini, virgin mobile, and the burger king campaigns were so much better. paygoism bitch.
- GrammaSeff0
i really dont care about what you think is good, better or worse.
im just curious to get thoughts from those that saw the campaign.
you obviously didnt and just want to talk shit.

this is why i thought the campaign was clever..
too bad andy dick acted them out, but there were some good ones.A website, www.hhrya.com, was launched, inviting consumers to send video or photos of the letters “HHR” staged in a creative way.
The promotion, which ended Sept. 8, awarded weekly prizes. More than 1,000 entries were submitted. The five finalists will be featured within the Sept. 22 broadcast of “The Tonight Show.” Chevy will fill commercial time with produced segments created by comedian Andy Dick showing some of the HHR submissions.
- tehgee0
i didnt see it but i think its interesting because tehy are trying to do new ways for commercials because everyone has tivo or dvrs and ffw thru all the commercials
whaddya think about taht bitch?! ;P

I thought it was a weak idea. GM/Chevy are pretty terrible with their product launches. Two weeks ago when Hurricane Katrina hit, Chevy had a "relief special" and featured the HHR rather shamelessly alongside the teenage-celebs-du-jour. Like everything else, they're even late with rehashing some else's idea...the PT Cruiser.

bah.
stupid hhr, the thing looks like a good humor ice cream truck.

I thought the opening sequence was funny with Andy Dick climbing over the car and being an asshole. After that, it was all downhill. The comedy was forced, and uncomfortable. They said on more than one occasion "this car is for the young and hip", and they did stupid parodies of other shows like pimp my ride.
The video with the guy slamming his chest against the glass made me think they were trying to appeal to the meathead, white jock crowd which was a big turnoff. Someone should let them know that saying "I am Cool" automatically nullifies their claim. My opinion.

Andy Dick is a douche bag. I don't get why he's even remotely famous...

I haven't see hide nor hair of it
